I have used some of these recipes & enjoyed them thoroughly in the past few month. All the recipes are great & I am very greatful that they are made available for the fact I have been away from India for almost 40 years. To go back to my heritage to cook these foods to my children & family has been great.
Thank You.

Tried the mango curry recipe and it was delicious. Spoke to Usha and she was so happy that it was a success! It is now a regular feature on the table and very often at our parties- thank you!

Thank you for your query. Add the red chillis to the heated oil and stir briefly, before adding the onions and garlic paste.
